Think and Grow Rich/Napolean Hill Review

Think and Grow Rich is a motivational book inspired by Andrew Carnegie and originally published in 1937. It examines the power of personal beliefs and how they influence personal success. Mr. Hill?s philosophy can be summed up in a famous quote: ?What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.? People that are successful socially and financially have a strong sense of self-empowerment and positive energy. The common thread for all of them whether they came from humble and destitute beginnings or had a silver spoon in their mouth is the fact that they never gave up on their hopes and dreams.

The secret of Achievement is what Mr. Hill sought to bring to the public through his book, but it was not overtly named because he realized it was important for individuals to make the discovery for themselves rather than having it drawn to their attention. Napoleon Hill covered many controversial subjects like racism, slavery, oppression, failure, war and poverty. His goal was to show that perseverance in the face of and despite these obstacles and success were the responsibility of every American.

With sufficient drive and determination, everyone can pursue their goals and dreams even if they must make adjustments in their strategy to achieve what they desire. Mr. Hill?s book put the formula for success in reach of the average person. And I close with this last thought: ?successful people move on their own initiative but they know where they are going before they start.? In other words, you need a good business plan or game plan if you will or outline to structure how you will get from Point A to Point B whether it is personal or financial success. Positive thinking and controlled attention are crucial to your success. No matter how many resources you have available, if you lack drive, determination or belief in yourself you will ultimately fail.

Emerchandizers.com Review

Emerchandizers.com started in business in November, 2006. It was apparently started by someone who used to sell products on ebay. Emerchandizers is an online auction business that advertises a variety of items and drop shipping. Some of the items shown on the company website are professional disc jockey equipment and supplies, overstock items, and an assortment of vitamins. However, when you click on any of the items it only provides links to other businesses where those items can be purchased.

There have been complaints made against the company for the alleged selling of poor quality products and poor customer service. Although the company is supposed to be an online auction, I only saw one active auction on the site. There is a message on the site that says, ?This domain may be for sale. Buy this Domain.? When you click on buy this domain a screen pops up which allows you to bid for the domain. Apparently Emerchandizers is a dead site at present.

Nuskin.com, also known as Nu Skin enterprises, is a direct sales company that markets its products under the brand names of Nu Skin, Pharmanex, and Big Planet. It has been in business since 1984 and now takes in over $1 billion per year. The company markets skin care, personal care and other products such as photo preservation and organization items. It also runs the worldwide Nourish the Children program. The corporate office is located in Provo, Utah.

Nuskin.com says the company was built on integrity, trust and sustainability. It offers direct sales opportunities to those who would like to operate their own home enterprise.

The Consumer Awareness Institute reports that there are five red flags for identifying pyramid schemes, and that the Nu Skin business practices meet all five. The basic requirements for each of the red flags are:

* Unlimited recruitment
* Hierarchical advancement based on recruitment rather than appointment
* Participants buy significant amounts of product, making them primary customers
* Commissions and/or bonuses paid to at least five levels of hierarchy, creating much leverage at the top (Nu Skin has six levels)
* The person actually selling the product makes less profit than the upline members

Some say that a high percentage of distributors quit in less than a year. In 1997 the company paid a civil penalty to settle charges made by the Federal Trade Commission that the enterprise had made unsubstantiated claims about its products. But the company does not have an unusually high number of complaints made about its business practices according to the Better Business Burueau.

The Currency Exchange Profits Video Training System Review

The claim: In 5 minutes they can show you how to make money quickly and easily without any risk on your part with a commitment of 30 minutes per day. And that as a result of that 5 minutes you can then produce daily profits based upon 30 minutes of work per day. Is there anyone else who thinks this is too good be true? Read on and decide for yourself.

Going further down after the sales pitch to capture and keep your attention comes some facts and figures. This is why it?s important to investigate and research extensively before making any financial investments. The creator states that he makes anywhere from 0.2% to 5% return on his investment daily with ALMOST NO RISK OF LOSING ANY MONEY. Back-up for a second there. In the top of the ad you stated risk-free but then in the middle you changed your tune and stated ?almost no risk of losing any money?. But wait it gets better.

When you continue reading it then further states that ?there is so little risk involved that I guarantee it will work for you?and if it doesn?t then I?ll give you double your money back!? After that comes the statement that you can start with a budget of less than $50 and see a return over time on your investment and then there is a list of things you don?t need such as:
* No website
* No customers
* No products
* No mailing list
* No advertising budget
* No down-line
* No selling skills or internet skills whatsoever

The immediate question that popped into my mind right away was if you have no customers, no products and don?t need any skills (which by the way isn?t completely accurate you?d better have basic reading and writing skills or you can?t read the instructions on how to work this business) what exactly is it that you are paying for?

Formor.com, or ForMor International, is headquartered in Conway, Arkansas. The business was founded in 1996. It claims to sell quality health and wellness products and that it provides great business opportunities. It makes all of its products in its 60000 square foot facility in Arkansas.

As for business opportunity, the company says it has the highest payout in commissions in the industry, which is at 60%. This is a multilevel business so you would need to recruit people into the organization to make the best money. The company says that you can not only earn regular weekly pay, but you can participate in a profit-sharing plan too. There are also ways to make additional bonuses.

As for the product, ForMor.com claims that its products are outstanding, and are designed to ?cleanse, balance and nourish the system.? They offer lines of products for skin care, weight control and other health products which contain vitamins, herbs, minerals and other nutritional supplements.

The Federal Trade Commission once accused ForMor of making unsubstantiated claims about some of its products, and the president Stan Gross later signed an agreement to stop making those claims.

I was unable to find a lot of business complaints about ForMor from its distributors. They do apparently spend a lot of time on the telephone in mentoring activities. It has also been suggested that to be successful in this type of business that you must really be enthusiastic about health and wellness products. If you aren?t your devotion to the company may wane, and your personal business is likely to suffer.

Brixdale.com Review

Brixdale.com is an online mortgage company that advertises services such as lowering payments on bills, getting rid of credit card debts, paying off debts within 12-30 months while cutting debt 60%, and paying off unsecured bills through consolidation while avoiding bankruptcy. It also claims to be able to show people how to stop collector harassment and repair credit. The brixdale.com website offers inverse and other mortgages, and other forms of credit and loans.

Apparently the big brixdale.com selling point is an offer to pay off a mortgage quickly by using an inverse mortgage. I do not know all of the details used by brixdale.com plan. However, a typical inverse mortgage plan works like a multilevel marketing plan. For example, mortgage holder #1 decides to join the inverse mortgage plan. #1 is required to pay a full mortgage payment to the inverse mortgage plan before he or she can join. Once the payment is made, #1 becomes a member and since others must also join to make the plan work, #1 talks mortgage holder #2 into joining the program. Half of #2?s mortgage payment is credited to #1?s payment, which is paid to #1?s original mortgage holder by the inverse mortgage plan. For each person #1 refers to the plan, #1 gets a percentage of the payment credited to his mortgage. #2 also wants to have his or her mortgage payments made, so #2 refers #3 to the program. Not only does #2 receive a percentage of #3?s payment, but so does #1. Therefore, there is a potential for #1 to receive credit from several levels of down line referrals.

This type of program also provides the lure not only of having the home mortgage paid off, but of also receiving continued monthly payments even after the house is paid for. I would be very skeptical of participating in this type of inverse mortgage program.

WWDB Biz is also called World Wide Dream Builders or World Wide Group. It was set up to help independent business owners to work with a company called Quixtar. Quixtar allows a business owner to sell a variety of products. Some of the most well-known are Nutrilite products, including protein powders, protein shakes, and nutritional supplements. There are also XS Power Nutrition and XS Energy Drinks, as well as home and beauty products.

The separation between WWDB Biz and Quixtar is hazy. The basic functions of WWDB Biz itself are to give independent businesspeople opportunities, along with education and training. WWDB Biz tries to motivate their IBOs to strive for excellence and the fulfillment of their personal dreams. There are also religious overtones to the WWDB Biz mission statements. This is all related to a Quixtar business opportunity.

WWDB Biz accepts the task of managing details for the independent business owners so that they can succeed in their business. On their main website, they have success stories of over 2 dozen Quikstar business owners who are said to have done well. Many of them give some of the credit for their success to WWDB Biz.

Ron Puryear, who is the head of WWDB Biz, is famous for his stance on customer satisfaction. He is very interested in the increasingly technical side of Internet business. At the same time, he knows that the customer must be happy if you are going to get sales. WWDB Biz is the back-up for the well-known Quikstar Company that has helped some and left others with no profits. The differences may be in the independent business owners as much as with the system.

The American Cash Flow Corporation (ACFC) Review

The American Cash Flow Corporation (referred to as ACFC hereafter) is the means by which through comprehensive education, training, and software products you can make the most of any deal that comes your way. Since its inception in 1994, ACFC has remained a leader in the cash flow industry. It relies on the principle of two unrelated methods of finance: owner financing and factoring. What is factoring? Factoring is basically another term for accounts receivable purchasing. Businesses often use factoring to stimulate cash flow. Profitability and integrity are the life?s blood of this industry.

There are many everyday transactions that we don?t consider as cash flow but they actually are. When we make our mortgage payments, when we do not get our payments for past due invoices on services rendered or even when we purchase a lottery ticket someone profits from the cash flow.

Here?s an example of a cash flow transaction. You own a furniture company and receive an order for $20,000 in merchandise. It will take several weeks to make and deliver the furniture and then invoice. It will take approximately 30 to 90 days before you receive payment for services rendered. Would it be worth your while therefore to pay 4 perecent to a funding source to have $19,200 to work with NOW instead of $20,000 three or four months later? Absolutely! You can use that $19,200 to purchase supplies at bulk discount in cash. Or that $19,200 can be used to pay off a loan and reduce interest payments. Or that $19,200 can be used to expand your business and increase your revenue and profits. That transaction would be known as selling income streams and it happens often in business today.

Tracy Biller and His Unusual Approach to MLM Review

Tracy Biller started his guru days as a successful MLM mentor. As his downline marketers made heavy demands on his time for his presence on training calls, he got the idea to record his ideas. That led to an array of MLM training products from Power MLM and The Winner?s Edge to How To Make An Extra $100,000.00+ A Year In MLM With Back-End Products. Biller?s fortunes and influence grew rapidly.

With his latest audio tape, POWER RECRUITING: How To Build A Large Downline Quickly With MLM Genealogy Reports he has stood the MLM industry on its ear. Biller?s theory is that MLM is only profitable when the quality of the recruits is high. He proposes that this be done by acquiring the genealogy reports of past MLM companies. He suggests that this will work best because people who have done MLM in the past are the best candidates to be successful in the future.

Biller has been accused of living in the past with his person-to-person methods. Calling on the telephone is no longer seen as a progressive form of communication. However, as evidenced by his work entitled How To Write A Powerful One-Page MLM Recruiting Letter for Faxing, Email, and Direct Mail, Biller does live in the twenty-first century. Perhaps when Biller?s methods are geared more towards the Internet, he will enjoy an even greater audience. In the meantime, there are thousands of MLM earners who recommend Tracy Biller as he is today. If one wants to pursue an MLM career, Tracy Biller has plenty of advice.

Ilovesbi.sitesell.com Review

Ilovesbi.sitesell.com is actually two sites in one. The SBI in I Love SBI stands for Site Build It. Its purpose is to show website owners ways to build their sites into successful ventures. The I Love SBI claims that their product not only helps build a site, but also hosts and markets for you. They say they have a very high percentage of sites ranked in the top 3%.

Features of SBI include:

* After a site is built, SBI submits it to Yahoo, Google and other search engines
* The web pages will be ranked and if they are not high, SBI will make suggestions on how to improve them
* A search engine optimization feature

The Site Sell part of Ilovesbi.sitesell.com refers to the company?s affiliate program where $75 is earned for each subscription referred, and an annual commission for each renewal. Commissions are earned through two levels of affiliates. If the people you refer purchase additional SBIs, you are paid for the subscription and commission on those sales too.

One indicator of trust in the program is that some universities have classes of instruction in the use of SBI. Several major companies also use the system.

The program appears to be easy for beginners to use and is also used by large businesses. Over a hundred thousand businesses already use the Site Build It software. Ilovesbi.sitesell.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee for their products, so you should be able to return them with no problems within that thirty-day period.

There don?t appear to be many complaints about Ilovesbi.sitesell.com, although some grumble about the high cost of annual renewal. The basic program is listed at $299.
