Ty Hall and the Business of Selling Software Review

Ty Hall is famous for his Software Millions system. The idea is that computer software can be cheaply and easily made for large profits. One does not have to be a software specialist to sell the software. One only needs to help Ty Hall to find businesses that are willing to buy the software from him. The reward is a fat commission check.

The main product Ty Hall is offering is his Power Check program. It has met with mixed reviews. Some have found it useful in creating checks based on funds that have been collected electronically. However, others have experienced problems in getting their banks to accept such checks. Sometimes additional hardware or special papers are needed, sending the cost of the checks through the roof. Yet Hall has made millions selling this program.

An interesting feature of the Software Millions program is that the signup for information on it requires quite a bit of information from the potential participant. Most importantly, Hall?s company wants to know how much a person is willing to invest in the business. This is interesting, since the information on the site says that all one has to do is to refer customers, without even calling contacts.

There is something going on here that is not being told to potential customers. He does expect something from his underlings for the commission checks he offers them. Ty Hall claims that this is not MLM. It is not. There are only two levels: Ty Hall and those who send sales his way.

West Coast Wellness ? Another MLM Plan Review

West Coast Wellness is an MLM company that has nutritional supplements as its primary products. These products may be effective, and are at least are not dangerous. The trick to West Coast Wellness is that people who get into the program have to buy quite a bit of the products just to do the business. This is partly because the company encourages members to take the products to serve as an example and a motivator for other people. It would hardly seem above-board if a marketer sold the products but would not use them personally.

Another reason the marketer must buy so many products is that the plan requires that he or she gives samples out to any prospective customers. This is supposed to foster a good customer-salesperson relationship, which should lead the customer to want to buy the products. There is also more to buy, including catalogs and inventory. Furthermore, the company requests that new members attend training at one of the training centers, which are only in a few states.

Basically, this is a standard MLM scheme. If that is what you are looking for, West Coast Wellness may be the right company to consider. Remember that the people who are in the levels above you are making money on your purchases whether you are or not. They are making money when you buy samples and when you buy products for your own use. Therefore, the best way to succeed is to get more people in your downline so that profits will be coming to you.

Eric Louviere officially started online as an internet marketer in 2005. In a matter of months, Eric has quit his job and became a well-known copywriter, speaker, marketing, coach and owner of many websites and businesses.
One of his original successes online was the opening of AffiliateSalesLetters.com in 2006 partnering with Dr. Mike Woo-Ming. Previously to that, Eric earned high recognition as a leading copywriter writing hundreds of sales letters for top marketers through his website ViperCopywriting.com.
Due to his unique ability and willingness to teach, Eric quickly earned recognition as a mentor to many marketers often charging up to $250 an hour for personal consultation time. As an outlet to share his insights and coaching abilities, Eric opened JobCrusher.com in 2007 with partners Mike Filsaime and Dan Hatfield.
By his students, Eric is often described as being ?laid back on overdrive? and very approachable and patient with coaching and sharing his insights into not only business but also mindset and personal development.
In 2008, Eric took his ambitions to the next level opening an office and hiring a sales staff with partner, Mike Filsaime, operating a highly successful call center offering cutting-edge coaching and products to their customers.
His students often love to get him going on rants about mindset or success as he?s known to go all out and really speak his mind. Similar traits are common when sharing ?nitty gritty? marketing tips, tricks, and techniques on webinars or conference calls.
We?re marking Eric down as one of the better coaches and people to follow out there. Rarely is there an unfavorable review and rarely is he known to share anything other than the real nuts and bolts of what it takes to be successful.

Nuskin.com, also known as Nu Skin enterprises, is a direct sales company that markets its products under the brand names of Nu Skin, Pharmanex, and Big Planet. It has been in business since 1984 and now takes in over $1 billion per year. The company markets skin care, personal care and other products such as photo preservation and organization items. It also runs the worldwide Nourish the Children program. The corporate office is located in Provo, Utah.

Nuskin.com says the company was built on integrity, trust and sustainability. It offers direct sales opportunities to those who would like to operate their own home enterprise.

The Consumer Awareness Institute reports that there are five red flags for identifying pyramid schemes, and that the Nu Skin business practices meet all five. The basic requirements for each of the red flags are:

* Unlimited recruitment
* Hierarchical advancement based on recruitment rather than appointment
* Participants buy significant amounts of product, making them primary customers
* Commissions and/or bonuses paid to at least five levels of hierarchy, creating much leverage at the top (Nu Skin has six levels)
* The person actually selling the product makes less profit than the upline members

Some say that a high percentage of distributors quit in less than a year. In 1997 the company paid a civil penalty to settle charges made by the Federal Trade Commission that the enterprise had made unsubstantiated claims about its products. But the company does not have an unusually high number of complaints made about its business practices according to the Better Business Burueau.

Carletonsheets.com Review

Carletonsheets.com is a real estate investment business which advertises a no money down investment in its training program. It offers its clients a variety of investing products, and a list of real estate resources. Some of these resources are information on credit, foreclosure information, real estate price analysis, and how to form a corporation.

Carletonsheets.com also offers services such as coaching, and provides tips on topics such as:

* Being successful with bad credit
* Buying your first property
* Overcoming fear, and others.

Carletonsheets.com also has an affiliate marketing program, which means that it will make products available for online promotion and sales on which the affiliate can earn commissions for each sale. It also provides a cookie policy. This means that if a Carleton Sheets affiliate has someone visit their site but does not order anything immediately, but the same customer orders something directly from the company within 30 days, the affiliate will still receive commission for the sale.

The Carleton Sheets program has been around for twenty years. When a company has been in business that long it is usually a pretty good indicator that it is on the up and up. However, some customers complain that the information provided in the Carleton Sheets program is very similar to that found in many other real estate courses. Other complaints are that the training program has basically stayed the same with only a few minor updates over the years, and that a high percentage of the people who purchase the training materials never make any money, or make very little while following the program.

Vitamin Power ? A Business Opportunity with No Start-up Costs Review

Vitamin Power is a company that sells vitamin supplements through dealers around the US and in several other countries. For those who want a business opportunity without start-up costs, Vitamin Power has a lot to offer. To start out, Vitamin Power sends new dealers a ?Get Acquainted? kit with various marketing tools.

First of all, dealers get vitamin products to sample. Knowing the product is an important part of selling it. Ten 48-page catalogs of Vitamin Power products are also included. Dealers get a DVD containing testimonials from other dealers who have succeeded with the program. They get an Authorized Dealer Business Kit, which includes a price list, business policies, and other important details about the business. Along with all these items, new dealers also get ten nutritional reference wall charts and a marketing handbook.

Other benefits include training and support, not only through the manual, but by phone, the Internet, and a newsletter as well. Advertising and marketing are also a part of the support package. Dealers can get a personalized website through the company, and shipping for their orders. One advantage over some other marketed products is that this company does not require dealers to stock an inventory. There is no minimum amount to invest.

The business is good for people who want to work from home, especially those who want to work part time. The products seem to be well-received by consumers. Profits per item are fairly high since there is very little overhead. The only problem dealers might have is in getting enough orders in the beginning. Once they get started, though, the business should take off well.

Juvio.com Review

Juvio.com is a multilevel marketing business that gives technical support for the computer and all things used with the computer, such as digital cameras, scanners, and so forth. The cost for this service is $34.95 a month. For an additional $7.00 per month, the multilevel marketing program offered by Juvio.com offers technical support for free. (I know, it costs $7 for a free service. It didn?t make a lot of sense to me either.) At any rate, the ?free? service is provided if you refer three additional people who sign up for the program. The technical support is advertised to be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So if you are up in the middle of the night you can have someone to talk to on the phone.

Juvio.com is apparently the first company to provide this type of service through an MLM program. The price may seem a little steep, but some companies are paying more for technical support already. Its value probably comes if you compare it to what you are losing if the entire system crashes from a preventable cause.

There don?t seem to be a great number of complaints about Juvio.com. As far as I can tell it is a legitimate business enterprise with many satisfied customers. Most of the complaints I came across had to do with the costs involved, and with the length of time it took for Juvio to process refunds. One person said that when he called for technical support he didn?t receive a live person, but got an answering machine instead. So he had to wait for assistance. That is apparently not a common complaint, however.

How UncleSamsMoney.com Can Draw In Money Review

UncleSamsMoney.com is a website that offers several helps to getting government grants. It seems that there are billions of dollars worth of grant money that are given away each year to anyone who can write a good enough proposal to justify receiving some of it. UncleSamsMoney.com seeks to sell a product that will give customers all they need to file for these grants.

The basic offer includes access to many private and government programs and resources through links, phone numbers, and addresses. Another part of the package is an in-depth tutorial on writing grant proposals. There is also a grant application form that can be used on many levels.

Besides all this, there are eight free bonuses that customers get supposedly for ordering within a deadline. (One wonders if that deadline ever comes.) Customers can also get a free consultation with a grant specialist. The bonuses include everything from an ebook Guide to Government Grants to an unclaimed funds database. There is even software for how to Make Money with Government Auctions.

UncleSamsMoney.com as a website is chockfull of information on what grants are and the kinds of people and businesses who can qualify. Of course, it is brimming with information on its own products, which are extensive. The good news is that customers get all the services, ebooks, and databases for one low price. The news that many people do not want to hear is that, even with all these helps, writing a grant proposal is still not an easy job. UncleSamsMoney.com can help customers, but it cannot do the work for them.
