Herculist.com is promoted as a site with an opt-in safe list. The idea behind the site is to give businesses a place to advertise with a built in database. Anything can be advertised as long as it is legal, with the exception of adult material. As a new member, you receive your own site. You use the site to login to the members area and submit an ad. You are allowed to promote your own site and you can earn commissions by sponsoring others. There are three membership options:

* Free member may post an ad to 700 Herculist members chosen at random at no charge.
* A Pro member may post every 48 hours to 49302 members and earn a 35% commission on referrals. There is a fee of $49.95 per year or $9.95 per month
* A Gold member may post to 49302 members once a day and receive a 50% commission on referrals. This membership costs $89.95 per year or $14.95 each month

Herculist.com is apparently a dependable site, although you will be receiving a fairly steady stream of advertising coming to your email inbox from other Herculist members. You will also be able to set a vacation mode where you can send email but you will not receive any during that period.

Herculist.com comes highly recommended by many of its users and there do not appear to be very many complaints about the site. The commissions for referrals are an especially attractive feature about the plan.

Fabricio Cruz of www.FabricioCruz.com has been doing business online for over a decade now in many different markets selling over 3 million in products and services. As his success grew, Fabricio realized the internet marketing lifestyle by traveling often and conducting business from a mere laptop across various travel hot spots world-wide.
Often living by the philosophy that ?life is short and should be enjoyed?, he rarely turns down the opportunity to take off on a moment?s notice and credits his ability to generate revenue from essentially anywhere remotely with allowing him to do so.
His passion for marketing is met only by his passion for mentoring and, as such, has been a mentor and leader to many people seeking to reach financial independence with their own businesses online.
One unique trait about Fabricio is his deep understanding of marketing not only online but offline. From very early in his marketing career, Fabricio learned the insider skills necessary to see tremendous returns on investment with both direct mail and voice broadcasting systems.
As a master of lead generation for many of the companies and opportunities with which he has been involved, Fabricio is often known for holding nothing back with his students and often revealing the very ads that he uses to achieve well above average response rates.
Fabricio has been a top producer in the Cruise to Cash program which sells a business opportunity offering travel vouchers. He also claims to be in countless other niche markets selling everything from self-defense products to dating and relationship advice.
Fabricio is a very ?personable? mentor who can be seen extensively on YouTube building relationships with his potential prospects and students ? often not attempting to hide his red Porsche Carrera from the camera?s view.
Within our review, we found very little negative press on Fabricio and believe he is one of the mentors out there who are genuine and sincere in his marketing and mentoring efforts and success.

The Concorde Group Review

The Concorde Group Income Opportunity came under heavy fire in reviews by those who opted into the business opportunity. What the critics agreed upon is that this company has been around for a while and that they are involved with investments and marketing. The downside to all of this is that they recruit heavily people like you and I to recruit MORE people like us to be part of their business. By the way, all of us have to pay a sign-up fee. The company primarily offers health-based products. Though The Concorde Group makes money from product sales most of their revenue comes from the people that sign up and pay membership fees.

The only way that anyone can make money on this business opportunity is to recruit as many people as possible to sign up under you as possible. For Concorde Group it?s a win-win situation: they get money from you including a start-up fee and monthly fee but also from the sales of their products by you and others and also as you sign-up yet more dupes to market their products and so on and so forth. If you don?t sign up new people you don?t make any money.

Let?s face it, with this particular business opportunity you are working like a dog and there is too much money being invested by you and too many risks inherent to give this more than a passing glance. There?s nothing wrong with hard work but paying all these fees just doesn?t seem like a good investment to me. And the risks involved are all on your end.

Wes State Mortgage Programs Review

Wes State Mortgage started with a chance meeting. Wes State president, George Ropchan, happened to meet an insurance company representative that was in the area inspecting a building. The insurance company was going to look for a loan to fund. This was Ropchan?s golden opportunity. Although he did not know the first thing about what he was doing, he managed to stumble through getting the right paperwork and landing the deal. He earned a sizeable fee for setting up the transaction.

Wes State Mortgage now offers several training and resource packages for people who want to do real estate mortgage or other types of brokering services. The claim is that anyone with the right information can broker a deal. Wes State is happy to supply that information for the right price. There are professional broker and residential broker programs. There is also a private lender program and a discount mortgage program. A note brokering program is supposed to allow users to buy out lottery or other structured settlements. Other products of Wes State Mortgage are a little off subject, such as real estate investment and a home employment directory.

There are a few questions to think about when considering buying a Wes State Mortgage program. First of all, one should think about why one needs all this information and support for a job that the president himself admits he did without even knowing how to do it. If it is really that easy, one should not need to buy help. Second, one should find out about the state requirements for mortgage brokers. While Wes State Mortgage claims that anyone can do it, many states have educational, experiential, and surety bond requirements.

HYIP.com Review

HYIP.com is purported to be an online investment site. It is used by some stock day traders to help them try to determine some of the best deals. Some people think all high yield programs are scams, but HYIP.com says they are not. It provides some information about how to tell the difference between a scam (Ponzi) and a bona fide investment opportunity. One problem being that even honest business owners are scammed from time to time.

HYIP.com provides a disclaimer, which says that they are not affiliated with any investment programs that are listed on their site. It also warns that all HYIP (high yield investment program) programs are risky and not to invest more money than you can afford to lose. One problem I saw is that the site also claims to be expert in helping with online investments, but I didn?t see much investment advice provided by the company.

HYIP.com features a number of discussion forums which allows members to discuss financial activities and events. Also included on the site is a list of what HYIP.com says are the most profitable businesses at the time.

One interesting feature is the ?Link to us? page. It informs the site users that HYIP.com is a new resource and requests assistance in promoting the site. It gives information on how you can link to the site and allows you to post your own advertising with them if you operate a relevant site. Another page on HYIP.com provides a list of referral promotions.

HYIP.com provides an electronic brochure that provides information about certain financial scams and how to avoid them.

Pre-Paid Legal Review

Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. (often referred to as PPL or Pre-Paid Legal) is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (PPD) which offers legal service plans to its members across the United States and part of Canada. In exchange for a monthly fee, members have access to legal consultation as well as various other legal services. Pre-Paid Legal often claims that any legal situation is covered under their plan, even though many of these fall under what is called Title 5 in their plan allowing members to use their state?s appointed provider law firm at a minimum of a 25% discount off normal hourly rates.
In 2003, Pre-Paid Legal Services joined forces with Kroll Background America to provide and identity theft service known as the Identity Theft Shield. The identity theft product is serviced through Kroll Background America and Pre-Paid Legal holds what is essentially a private label the service.
Originally starting out as a direct sales model, Pre-Paid Legal adapted to a network marketing or mlm model and associates can pay a fee to start their own distributorship. There are many nation-wide company sponsored trainings and meetings for new and existing associates to tap into.
One of the issues with Pre-Paid Legal (as with many network marketing companies) is their teaching of ?belly-to-belly? or in person sales and they are known to be very restrictive on other marketing practices ? especially those used on the internet.
Further, Pre-Paid Legal does what we believe to be a poor job of providing associates with effective online marketing tools and essentially leave associates dependent on ?old school? marketing practices common before the internet became a viable marketing tool.
However, there are many plans to market and Pre-Paid Legal boasts that ?business in today, gets paid on tomorrow? or other-wise known as getting paid daily as opposed to having to wait until the end of the month or longer for commissions earned.
There is another whole opportunity available within Pre-Paid Legal by marketing their legal plans as a group benefit to companies. While the reward of landing a big account is often seductive to new associates, this particular form of marketing the plan to businesses as a benefit often requires a greater sales skill level than utilizing the typical network marketing model.
If you choose to become involved with Pre-Paid Legal Services, expect to be busy talking to a lot of people and don?t expect the company to make marketing efforts on the internet to be easy ? as many typical practices by normal affiliate marketers may go against the terms outlined in the Associate Agreement you sign as a distributor or Independent Associate of Pre-Paid Legal Services.

Legitonlinejobs.com Review

Legitonlinejobs.com claims to offer work at home opportunities that you only need a computer to take advantage of. They state right off that there are no set hours, selling, no need to carry inventory, etc. The company does say that you can ?easily earn a couple thousand dollars every month. Guaranteed!? I was naturally skeptical, having been duped by this kind of hype in the past.

Legitonlinejobs.com says you will have access to a database of companies who will be willing to pay you for the work you do at home. It also says that they can show you how to make money completing surveys. The company promises to share the secrets of selling on ebay. Another benefit, they say, is that they can provide you with a professionally built turn key website which will link you directly with several companies. Legitonlinejobs.com also says it can provide personal coaching to help someone get a business started. And they can do all of this for only $49.95.

Only $49.95? You can get a lot of this information online for free, so why do you want to pay for the same stuff? Once you sign up with Legitonline.com, you will also have to sign up for each company you want to work with. You can get a list of the same companies doing a Google search. If you have to pay money to find work, there is a good chance a scam is involved. I won?t tell you that you will never make any money through the Legit Online program, but I don?t see any reason to fork over your cash to them for something you can probably do just as well or better without them.

The Trap of William J. McCorkel Review

William J. McCorkel is now infamous for being tried and convicted of fraud. He will be serving a prison sentence until 2014 unless something changes. This all started when he decided to sell his real estate secrets on late night infomercials. The infomercials sold packages of information telling purchasers how to make money on real estate, buying and selling foreclosed properties. The only problem was that the promises did not match up with what was delivered.

It is one thing to encourage people to believe that they are going to make millions if they follow one?s advice. It is quite another to stack the deck against consumers in very unscrupulous ways. William J. McCorkel was one who glitzed up his infomercials with all the luxuries money could buy. Actually, in McCorkel?s case, it was everything money could lease. His name may have been put on the side of a plane, but it did not belong to him. Everything about his wealth was falsified.

Then, McCorkel sold the packages of information at a high price ? thousands of dollars each ? and did not even send everything that was promised in the infomercial. When customers wanted the rest of the materials, William J. McCorkel asked for more money.

Finally, enough customers complained that the government began looking at his operation. For one thing, he claimed to be making millions of dollars each year but was only claiming about $10,000 on his income tax. That was a big tip-off for the IRS, who found his money being sent to the Cayman Islands. McCorkel is in jail now, but lives on through Internet information including his own website.

Ecosov800.com Review

After checking out several scam sites, I had a hard time finding people who were pleased with the Ecosov800.com system. Most consider the program a money gifting scam. There were a few who said they had some success, and said that the Ecosov800 system needed to be given some time and effort like any business.

The thing I have a problem with in this type of business is that even the people who claim to be having success usually admit that not many people are making money at it. More people should be able to make money, or the whole structure will eventually collapse. I?ve owned four businesses of my own, and I have made money with every one of them. Every one, that is, except the one time someone talked me into joining a multilevel business. It?s the one business I lost my shorts on. So I am very skeptical about businesses claiming to be multilevel. I know there are some legitimate ones out there, but it seems like a very high percentage of them are more of a pyramid scheme instead.

From the scam sites it appears that the Ecosov800.com fees are about $750 to start, and you have to renew your membership at a very high rate every six months. Most people say that they also spend a lot of money on advertising and trying to recruit people willing to go into business with them.

I can?t say that I am very knowledgeable about this particular business. There doesn?t seem to be a lot of information available about Ecosov800. I would, however, warn people to be very careful about joining this particular business.

Vsearch.com ? The Mystery Site Review

For anyone wanting to visit vsearch.com, it is nearly impossible to do. There are certainly ways to order the Vsearch products online, and plenty of reviews. However, if one tries to go to vsearch.com, one is stopped by a lockout that requests a username and password without anywhere to register. The website is open to Vsearch product purchasers. Finding out about the products is not a simple matter of typing in a website. It requires a search for the products themselves.

Once one finds the products on sales websites, one can choose between several available types of software. The programs are all based on getting more traffic to the user?s website and performing other tasks. One of these jobs is getting the user?s website higher rankings on the major search engines. Vsearch.com offers Vsearch, Vsearch Voodoo, and Pingslinger, among others. These tools are considered valuable by those who condone their use, and by those who use them conservatively. Those who are at the receiving end of a Vsearch Voodoo blog blast do not look at the practice so kindly. Neither do those who unwittingly make enemies on the web.

People who buy the Vsearch products often find that Vsearch.com does not give good customer support. While the programs seem to have problems for many people, the support staff may not be very helpful in resolving the issues. While there is chat support available, it may not always be of the best quality. People who want to use Vsearch.com products and service for marketing their businesses need to consider them carefully.
